The improvement of the infrastructure on NATO-owned Ramstein Air Base requires i.a. an extension of the present take-off and landing runway of the Taxiway India (formerly TW 10). This reconstruction measure was not anticipated in the general drainage plan elaborated more than 10 years ago. In addition, the legal regulations have changed so that there is a requirement for a fundamental revision of the former drainage concept.
Specialities:
The project will be realized in two stages:
1. Elaboration and discussion of a general drainage concept including the hydrodynamic calculation of the network specifications
2. Elaboration of a waste water discharge concept tailored to the needs of this specific location.
